Landscaping/Shed Promotion Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to the landscaping/shed allowance offered for the remaining blocks in Stage 5 of Macquarie View Estate (MVE5).
1. Eligibility:
1.1 To be eligible for your choice of either a landscaping allowance or shed allowance, you must:
(a) enter into a Contract for the sale and purchase of land (Contract) on one or more of the remaining blocks of land in MVE5 during the Promotional
Period as specified in clause 2; and
(b) satisfy all terms and conditions including the payment of deposit and settlement monies required under the Contract.
1.2 This allowance is available to the first purchase of the block of land and is not transferable to subsequent purchasers on resales.
2. Promotional Period
2.1 This allowance is only available to purchasers who have entered into a Contract with Macquarie View Partners Pty Limited (the developer) between 10 December 2024 and by close of business on the 30 April 2025, unless extended or terminated earlier by the developer. In that regard, the developer reserves the absolute right to terminate or amend this promotion without notice.
3. Landscaping/Shed Allowance Details
3.1 The maximum allowance amount is $25,000 for land purchased in MVE5.
3.2 The allowance cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion offered by the developer and is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash.
3.3 The allowance will be made to the eligible purchaser at settlement of the Contract of the eligible block of land.
4. Non-Compliance
4.1 Failure to meet these terms and conditions may result in forfeiture of the Landscaping/Shed allowance.
5. General Provisions
5.1 The developer reserves its absolute right to modify, extend or cancel this promotion/allowance at any time without prior notice.
5.2 All disputes regarding the allowance are subject to the developer’s sole discretion, and its decision is final.
